Returns Window

• You may request a return within 14 day of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns if:

• The item arrives damaged

• The item has a manufacturing issue

• You received the wrong item

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. You'll receive the refund within 3-14 days after we process it through the same payment method you used at checkout.

Non-Eligible Returns

• Returns for reasons such as change of mind, size preference, or style preference are not accepted, You can only exchange the items if you change your mind.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to damage, a defective product, or an incorrect order, Beach Belle Boutique will cover the cost of return shipping.

• In all other cases, the customer covers the shipping costs.
